In the early twentieth century, Casimir Funk, a Polish Biochemist working in London, isolated a crystalline substance from brown rice polishing and coined the word vitamin to describe this “amine’ that is essential for life. Later it was shown that not all Vitamins shared the amine structure and the final “e” was dropped, giving us the modern spelling, Vitamin. Brown rice is also known as unpolished rice. It is made up of three parts: the Bran, the Endosperm and the Germ.

Our production processes uses state-of-the-art high absorption technology where a grain of brown rice is expanded at a certain temperature and timing until it disintegrates into powder.
